ERASMUS+ TURKEY SCHOOL VISIT (16-22 March, 2016)
 

C7- Theme: Reading – Creating multi-sensory  picture story books (11-14 years old)
 
Each partner will bring a  story of their own country to Turkey. The language of the stories should be according to the target group.(7-8 year olds) They will draw the pictures of the stories beforehand.  They will also study the story with the 7-8 year olds at their schools.The elder students help the younger to read and also they will read stories aloud  to the younger ones.
 
All the stories prepared in Turkey workshops will be English.
 
Workshops for Middle School:
1.      Creative writing workshop
2.      Music: Creating dances and songs for the stories
3.      Art: Drawing pictures for the stories
4.      Puppet workshop: preparing puppets for the stories
5.      Drama-Roleplay workshops: getting ready for the presentation of the stories

C8- Language Workshops  (15-17 years old)
 
Workshops for high school:
1.      Poet Workshop (Introducing a national poet) ( Sample poems of the poet will be studied, posters will be prepared to introduce the poet. 5 countries- 5 poets)
2.      Songs from the countries and creating a song for our project.
3.      General Knowledge Contest (creating questions on Geography, Art and History of the partner countries)-Quiz Show
4.      Dictionary Workshop- School Life Vocabulary in 5 languages (We already have the dictionaries- please bring them with you!)
 
 
There will be a trip to Ephesus altogether on Saturday. (19.03.2016)
 
The final day : Displaying the story books created (C7). There will also be charity sale. Presentation of the authors posters (C8).
